Q1. Are your products handmade?


A1. Yes. Our products are handmade. Although we utilize a sewing machine to assist with production, an individual is personally crafting your bonnet every step of the way.


Q2. When will I receive my product? 

A2. Please allow up to 14 days for receipt of a tracking number confirming shipping of order, unless you’ve purchased expedited shipping. From the date of receipt we ask that you allow an additional 3 days for physical receipt of product. Please understand we only have so much control being weather is not one and because of this there may be times where your product may take a few more days than intended. If by close of business the 20th day a tracking number is not received, please email us at orders@buildabonnet.com Weekends and recognized holidays are EXCLUDED.


Q3. What type of material is used?

Q3. Our products are made of satin fabric. Satin is weave of a fabric rather than the material. With a soft glossy surface this fabric promotes healthy hair and skin by retaining moisture, decreasing breakage, while providing an elegant look.


Q4. What printing do you use?

Q4. Unlike conventional textile manufacturing, very little waste of fabric, ink, water or electricity is used. We print using eco-friendly, water-based inks on natural fiber textiles. No additional chemicals are used in the printing or preparation process. This type of printing has the added advantages of showing greater design detail than screen printing.



Q5. What if I don't see a pattern I like?

Q5. If you're unable to find a pattern to your loving, please send us an inquiry to sales@buildabonnet.com. We have the ability to obtain any pattern and or design as requested. New patterns are added weekly. Having the ability to print designs, here at Build-A-Bonnet there's no limit!


Q6. Can I accessorize my order?

A6. Yes. Visit our custom collection where you will have the ability to create custom items.

Q7. How much time in advance does an order of 10 or more has to be submitted?

A7. We ask that you allow up to an additional 7 days for processing and shipment of orders 10 or more.


Q8. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

A8. Yes. Wholesale bulk pricing are applied automatically at checkout once the order is composed of the required quantity. Please visit wholesale pricing for details.
