Once the order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking their package. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information for any changes and or any delays. We’re able to assist with filing a loss claim with packages that have delayed over 10 business days. Please contact us for assistance.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once we ship your order out and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify the address or intercept the package.

We ship to all 50 states as well as internationally. Shipping rates are calculated based on shipping destination, delivery option, and or the amount of the order. To determine the cost of shipping add the desired products to your cart and select your delivery option. The cart will update to show the shipping rate based on order. Shipping charges will be added to your bill upon your agreement during the checkout process.
Standard Delivery orders are printed with our standard print and order processing time.
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or your local postal carrier. Orders that weigh more than 6 pounds will be shipped FedEx Ground, and orders over $500 require an adult signature. A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Guaranteed Delivery orders are processed more quickly than the standard print and processing time, and are shipped via an expedited method.
Domestic (US) orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx and will arrive in 10 business days or less. Orders over $500 will require an adult signature at delivery. Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.
Custom and pre-designed products may take longer to process so it may take longer to ship even when placing it with expedited shipping. Contact our customer service team to get up to date information on our lead times.
Free Promotional Shipping - As a courtesy to our customers, some orders are eligible for free promotional standard shipping. Free promotional shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges will still be applied to all other locations and all expedited services. Preparation time for the complimentary promotional shipping services may be longer and transit time may also be extended. There is NO GUARANTEE on the day of delivery for the promotional shipping services. When opting for this service, please keep this in mind. We suggest to allow AT LEAST up to 14 business days before receiving your order when opting for the free promotional shipping. Orders consisting of 100 products or more varies (an additional week +)
All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times. Please note that it is on the customer to be aware of these holidays and account for transit time. We do not hold accountability for missed delivery dates due to holidays and inclement weather.
National Holidays will be recognized company-wide. Some standard and all expedited shipments will not be processed on these dates. Promised delivery dates for Guaranteed and Rush orders will be adjusted and correctly displayed within the shopping cart at the time of checkout.
